Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact customerservice@aliviasimone.com. Our return/exchange policy is 30 days from purchase. Your item must be in the original packaging, unused with item tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it.  Incomplete, damaged, worn, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and therefore will be sent back to the customer.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow as much as 7 days for refunds to be processed.
